Facebook Login is used to allow the user access and registration in the Sushi em tua casa platform through its Facebook account. This application allows the creation of an account which login is done through Facebook and in which following data is stored:

- Name;

- Email;

- Photo.

These data are processed through our database exclusively for login purposes. They may be removed by user request through [email protected].

Uber Eats

Sushi em tua casa makes use of the Eats API in order to integrate in its system the orders that arrive through the Uber Eats app, allowing a simplified management of said orders. As such, for each order, the following data is stored:

- Order ID;

- Name;

- Address;

- Products;

- Order time.

These data are obtained for the production, management and distribution of each order, as well as for analytical and internal purposes. These will not be shared with third-parties nor be used for marketing purposes.

Applicable legislation

The relationship between user and the site owner follow applicable legislation in virtue of what is applicable following juridical orders.

In cases where applicable, both user and site owner may submit themselves to Courts of Law to solve said matters.

Promos and Offers

The site owner may alter, without previous communication, the conditions of any promo or offer.
